Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 12 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Pepper, black 3 tsp Garlic
Directions
Preheat over to 375*F
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
Form 4 even patties
Place on rack on cookie sheet (elevate up out of grease)
Bake for 15 minutes
