1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt .5 tsp Baking Soda .25 cup Flour, King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat (by GYPSYPITCREW) 6 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash banana and mix with other wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients (except chips) and add to liquid and mix thoroughly. Fold in chips. Coat a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
