French Vanilla Frozen Latte Smoothie

Ingredients
1 serving *Designer Whey Protein powder, French Vanilla (by CLIMBNRUN) 8 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds .5 cup Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt 1cup/227g=1 serv 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Pre-prep: Brew some extra strong coffee. Let cool. Pour into container (an ice cube tray works great) and freeze.

Cut a small banana into slices. Place on a tray and freeze. Store in a plastic bag in freezer.

Line tray with parchment paper. Measure half-cup servings of plain Greek yogurt and place onto parchment paper. (I usually put 4-6 on a tray) and freeze. After they freeze, store in plastic freezer bag.

To make smoothie:
Combine 8 oz. frozen coffee, 1 half-cup serving of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1 scoop French Vanilla protein powder in blender.

Blend until combined. Add no-calorie sweetener to taste. Blend until smoothie. Add more sweetener if necessary.
