Sweet potatoes, carrots and bacon mash up

3 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 2 large Onions, raw 5 serving Bacon (Olymel) (2 slices) (by BEAZER19) 30 gram(s) herbamare (by BILBY4) 3 carrot Carrots, cooked
Peel (or not!), sweet potatoes and carrots.
Cut in medium size bites.
Cut the onions roughly.
Cut the bacon stripes in medium size bites.
Put everything into a deep-pan and cook for an hour, roughly on medium (medium high sometimes). You can add a bit of grease if you wish but it's not necessary, the bacon will do!
Serving Size: Makes roughly 4 to 5 portions.
