2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted (softened)0.66 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (room temp)0.33 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt Chobani2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.25 tsp Baking Soda1.0 dash Salt0.25 cup Granulated Sugar0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar1.5 tsp Pumpkin pie spice.33 C chopped almonds
Directions
Pteheat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray. In mixing bowl cream together 2/3 c brown sugar and wet ingredients except for Greek yogurt.Mix in Greek yogurt. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. For topping; In another bowl, stir together white sugar, remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, spice, and almonds. Spoon 1/2 batter into pan. Spoon 1/2 topping on top of this. Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle on the remaining topping. Bake about 35 minutes; toothpick should come out clean.
