1. cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 serving Protein Powder - Chocolate one scoop - EAS premium protein 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 Serving Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate 16 serving Stevia in the Raw 1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) .5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 13 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
