1 serving Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon (2 slices) (by CCZDMOM) 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers about 3 to 4 inches long2 tbsp Cream Cheese- Whipped Philly (by RTMARTINEZ1980)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut peppers in half; it's easy to use the side of a spoon to clean out seeds and membranes (leave a few seeds if you want them really hot).
Split 1 T of cream cheese between two halves and just layer it into the pepper. Wrap the bacon slice around the pepper (can be anchored with a toothpick, which I don't do).
Place on baking sheet in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crispiness.
Serving Size: makes 4 wrapped jalapeno halves or one serving
