2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats4.0 serving Muscle Milk Chocolate Powder - 1 scoop0.5 cup Namaste foods gluten free perfect flour blend
Mix wet ingredients together, and dry, stir and pour into a greased or lined muffin tin
bake at 375 for 20 minutes
