2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz Cheese spread, american .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 serving Buddig Original Thin sliced deli Ham 1 serving Pam vegetable spray
Directions
Whip eggs in med. bowl set aside , spray pan with pam vegetable spray. heat and pour in eggs. when time comes about three minutes flip eggs, layer onions, ham, and cheese too one-half of eggs flip remaining half over ingredients.wait about three minutes remove from heat , ready to eat
