2 serving Fuel:One Whey Build Protein Strawberry Milkshake (by CGPS1795) 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh .5 serving PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder (2Tbsp dry) (by LUVLIGHT57)
Directions
Put about 1 cup of ice cubes in blender
Add about 1 cup no calorie fruit juice or flavored water
Add the frozen or fresh fruit
Run the blender/nutribullet to crush ice
Add dry ingredients
Finish blending
