Baked Ham & Egg Cups

Ingredients
6 serving Great Value Baked Ham 97% fat free, sliced lunch meat (1 slice) 2/3 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar 2/3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2/3 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Spray a 6 muffin tin with vegetable oil cooking spray

Place one slice of ham into each cup
Put a pinch of chopped onion and cheese in each ham cup
Place one egg in each cup
top with cheese, onion and tomato

Bake for 15-20 minutes
