This was really good, but the calorie count is WAY off. It's based on 1/2 an ounce of fish per serving! NOT very realistic. To give you some perspective, my pound and a half of tilapia was eight filets - 8 servings - which makes THREE ounces of tilapia a serving. - 2/24/12

What a fantastic recipe! Thanks so much for sharing. I followed the recipe to the letter but baked it at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. It was moist and wonderful. One thing to note -- My recipe calculation turned out to be about 165 calories for 4 oz -- and worth every calorie. - 10/13/10

This was my first time making tilapia & my family & I really enjoyed this recipe! I think the Nutritional Info may be a little off, though. On the box of frozen tilapia, the fish alone had 98 calories. Totals I got for making the recipe were 165.5 cal, 3.6 fat, 25 protein. - 5/4/10

If you look at the full ingredients list you'll see that the original poster only put in for 4 oz. of Tilapia so the calorie count on this is waaay off. It should be changed to 32 oz. of tilapia if it's 8 four ounce portions. Perhaps that could be fixed. - 3/6/09

This was very, very good. I used rainbow trout. I did add a little wee bit of salt and pepper. This is now one of my favourite recipes. So simple too. Great for handy leftovers. As others have mentioned, don`t use the nutritional information, it`s not right. - 3/9/15

Thanks TKnoppe I just finished fixing this recipe and it is delish. I added juice from a lime just for added flavor and was pleased with the results. Thanks for your recipe...its quick, easy and low fat and considering I never cared for bake fish a healthy change for me. - 7/11/14

I used wheat germ rather than bread crumbs and added a little Italian seasoning. Thank you for this recipe! - 4/15/11

Overall it was good...I used Lemon Pepper Panko bread crumbs, so will continue to refine the recipe. Think it still needs something, maybe old bay. - 2/4/11

I made this for dinner tonight. Needs a little bit of zip to it. But otherwise I enjoyed it. Will make it again - 3/22/10

My daughter made this and our family wasn't that crazy about it. This was the 1st time we've had tilapia and we felt it was a little dry and very "fishy" tasting. Also my daughter put all the topping on them and it was just too much. I'm going to try this again with another fish and use less topping - 4/21/09

Unbelievably good. My son would only eat fish sticks until I made this for him. Tasty and healthy too. :) - 4/4/09

Tilapia fish is one of the nicest and mildest of them all. This is a great recipe. I have made talapia with just seasonings and it is great also. - 4/4/09
