Easy Lasagne Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs lean Ground RoundYellow onion, one half, chopped24 oz fat free cottage cheese2 cups 2% mozzarella cheeseOne package Egg Noodles2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes, no salt added1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce1 8oz can Tomato Paste2 tbsp Minced Garlic1/2 tbsp Basil1/2 tbsp Oregano1/2 tbsp Parsley
Directions
Brown the hamburger and onion together in a large frying pan. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, and seasonings. Simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large casserole dish, combine the noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Keep a little mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Mix well, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
