Ingredients
1.0 large Scrambled Egg1.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce2.0 cup Asparagus, fresh0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked2.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Kroger Clear Chicken Broth16.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken0.05 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 tbsp Tsang Stir-fry Sauce
Directions
Spray heated wok with grape seed oil. Add 1/2 garlic chopped. Slice chicken tenders in long strips and cook in wok until browned. Set aside. Reheat wok & spray with grape seed oil. Add garlic and veggies. Stir fry until slightly tender. Add oyster sauce, Mrs. Dash, and Chinese Five spice. Set aside. Scramble 1 egg. Add veggies and chicken back to wok. Add chicken broth and Stir-fry sauce and simmer covered over low heat for 5-10min. Add flour and stir until sauce thickens. Serve plain or over rice. Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
