0.50 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. .75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .75 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries .5 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt 0% Plain 5.3 oz 1 tbsp Honey .5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
add 4 ice cubes and ingredients to blender. May also more of honey for sweetness. Remember to add in those honey calories. .5 serving of yogurt approx 3 tbsp .5 serving flaxseed equals 1 tablespoon. Enjoy!
