4.5 oz chicken of the sea tuna4 oz healthy harvest whole wheat blen pasta180 grams sunny select mixed veggies1/2 cup tillamook mozzarela cheese6 tsp kraft parmesean cheese1 cup bayview 1% milk6 tbsp fat free sour cream
Directions
boil noodles until slightly firm. drain and mix all ingredients together put in oven and bake for 25-30 mins on 450 degress
