I can't have pineapple so substituted red and yellow bell pepper for color. I used maraschino cherry juice for the pineapple juice and the cherries for the pineapple. - 8/4/20

My version of this recipe calls for 3 Tablespoons of chili sauce for a little kick. I make this on a regular basis. Yum! - 8/5/09

This was real good! Only changes I made was to add a shredded carrot. Probably won't do that next time.. adds a different flavor I didn't like. But it was GOOD! May put a splash of red pepper flake in next time for a little heat. YUM! - 6/2/09

Even my super duper picky husband loved it and asked me to please make this on a regular basis. Now that's an endorsement coming from him! It was also very easy and came together fast! - 6/2/09
