Cinnamon Roll Pretzel Mix

1/3 cup brown sugar½ tsp cinnamon1 egg white1 tsp honey1/2 cup raisins1/3 cup sunflower seeds5 oz pretzel twists or nuggets
Preheat oven to 275°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon, set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white and honey.
Add raisins, sunflower seeds and pretzels, then sprinkle in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
With your hands, toss the ingredients until well combined
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Turn off the oven and cool inside for 1 hour, then remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
Serving Size: makes ~6 cups, 12 (1/2 cup) servings
