cucumber salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients
2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 0.5 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) 2 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
Directions
Spiralize cucumber (or chop). Chop remaining veggies, flake salmon and combine. Mixe half container of plain greek yogurt with about a tablespoon (or more to taste) of vinegar. dress salad and mix. Really good if it sets up for a few hours.
