Ingredients
1 cup Chana Dal (by ECHO_E) 1 cup Masoor Dal (by LILTESSIE910) 200 gram dal arhar (by DEEPA2307) 200 gram AB Moong Chhilka (by AMANBHARDWAJ1) 3 tsp Ginger Root 6 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 6 1tsp Canola Oil 2 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Directions
Soak all dals for 5-6 hours, grind with yogurt.
Once fermented, can make dhoklas adding eno or fruit salt.
Oil is to grease the plate and to have tadka at end - optional
