1.0 serving(s) Aquafaba30.0 Grams Flour, white250.0 Grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Combine all the ingredienta in a mixer. When everything is combined pour it into a pot and Cook on high heat until the mixture starts to thicken up. After that fill it into to small or one big forms or Cups. Depends on what Form you would like your cheese to have. Let it cool down and place it into the fridge over night. For a Mozzarella looking cheese and texture, plop a big spoon full of the mixture into ice water and let it cool down. As easy as that
