Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw1.0 cup Fat free half and half1.25 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)5.0 serving Oscar Myer Bacon ( 1 serving = 2 slices)1.0 serving Nature Sweet Cherub Tomatoes 5 oz25.0 gram Pillsbury pie crust (serving size 1/8 crust)
Directions
Put crust in greased muffin tin. Put what you want in the cups. Scramble eggs and half and half put into cups. Bake at 350 for about 25/30 minutes or until done to your liking. Serving Size: Makes 5 large muffin pan cups
