Chia seed pudding

Ingredients
4 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 1.25 cup Soy Milk 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Put chia seeds, soy milk (or milk of your choice) and maple syrup in bowl. Let sit in the fridge over night. Mix to remove clumps.
Top chia seed pudding with fresh fruit, nuts, granola, etc.
