Stir fry tofu, cabbage and tomatoes

Ingredients
2.0 large Fried Egg100.0 Grams Cabbage, fresh2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted2.0 tsp Garlic5.0 Grams Chicken stock, home-prepared0.5 block Tofu, firm
Directions
(1) Diced garlic, onion and tomatoes. (2) Cut tofu into small blocks (3) Shred the cabbage Melt butter in the pan, add in diced garlic, onion and tomatoes, saute it for 30 seconds Add tofu, stir fry for 1 minute, making sure the tofu didn't break and then add shredded cabbage, stir fry again for 3 minutes, add chicken stock stir again for 2 minutes. Lastly add the eggs and stir it again. Serve immediately
