Gingery Beef and Mushroom Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 tsp Ginger Root 1 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 200 gram Bell Pepper Red, fresh (by KINGWYATT) 3 tbsp Soy Sauce - TJ's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon - Product of Japan (by REALGOGETTER) 3 cup Bean sprouts
Directions
saute beef, onion, ginger garlic 5-7 minutes. add bok choy, shrooms, pepper, soy sauce and cook until choy wilts and pepper crisp-tender 3 minutes. 1/2 beef mixture goes into lettuce leaf or over rice. sprinkle with mint if desired.
