Homemade coconut granola

Ingredients
6.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)1.0 cup, packed Raisins0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds1.0 cup, slivered Almonds1.0 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt0.5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts0.25 cup Coconut Oil0.25 cup Butter, salted0.66 cup Honey
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt coconut oil, butter, and honey in small saucepan. Do not boil. Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Spread on two cookie sheets covered in parchment paper. Roast in oven at 350 for 12-18 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
