48 fl oz Chicken Broth 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 20 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 2 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Onion powder 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 100 grams Cilantro, raw 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 cup Beans, pinto 24 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
Add rest of ingredients with the ground beef in a large pot. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Garnish with green onions, cilantro, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
