Paleo pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour1/2tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground pinch of nutmeg1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Pumpkin, canned1/4 cup pure Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted4 large Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 tbsp silk almond creamer caramel
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together.
pour batter into 12 lined muffin tins
batter will be thick
bake 40 - 45 minutes (until tester comes clean)
makes a dense but flavorful muffin
