Ingredients
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Ginger, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1.0 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted1.0 cup, chopped Pecans1.0 cup, chopped Walnuts1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal26.0 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g2.0 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)0.5 cup Swerve Confectioners0.25 tsp sea salt
Directions
Mix 3 nuts in 1 bowl, the rest of the ingredients in another. Dump liquid over nuts. Stir and bake on a coconut nut oil greased and tin foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 350 for approx 20 min. Cool then dehydrate. Serving Size: Makes 1 Batch
