This is really good (and you can also make it with plain yogurt and less orange juice to cut down on carbs). I used 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinn/nutmeg/cloves to cut down on time. - 11/6/09

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I loved this smoothie! Made it last night after my workout, and saved the second half for my breakfast and it stayed PERFECT in the fridge! Thanks so much for this wonderful filling smoothie recipe! - 3/26/09

I really liked this recipe but felt the banana overpowered the pumpkin, will make it again but put in half a banana instead. Thanks! - 11/8/13

I made this today, but used apple juice instead of OJ. It was good, but I would have loved it if it had more of a pumpkin flavor.

I would use less organe juice next time,we thought it was to tart, maybe would add a half of a banana to take the place of the juice. Also would increase the spices. - 10/30/10

I was worried this would be too sweet or taste like pumpkin pie, but it has a refreshing, fruity flavor because of the orange and banana. It's reminiscent of fall but still light enough for a summer snack.

This is a new favorite of mine! - 9/9/10

This recipe is great! I use greek yogurt and a packet of Truvia. I like it even better when I make it the night before and refrigerate it. The flavors enhance and blend--not to mention not having to clean the blender first thing in the morning.... - 8/19/10

I take turns making healthy meals and snacks with a friend at work. I made this one morning and shared it with her. We both thought it was awesome. It is a neat twist on your typical smoothie. - 11/23/08
