1 serving Berries, Townsend Farm,TRIPLE BERRY BLEND,1c,(140g)pts0 .50 cup Cashew Almond Milk Blend almond breeze: unsweetened 2 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Using a Food Processor blend frozen banana and fruits, add cashew almond or other non-dairy milk to make smooth and creamy. Can serve as is or add dried or fresh fruits, freeze more then serve or serve soft as it is freshly blended.
