Ingredients
0.5 cup Rolled Oats .25 cup Raisins .25 cup dried apples.25 cup Craisins1 cup almonds - roughly chopped.25 cup pepitos (pumpkin seeds).25 cup almond butter.25 cup honey1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 12 dried figs
Directions
Line 9x9 pan with foil. chop figs in food processor until they form a ball. melt honey and almond butter, cinnamon and vanilla over low heat just until blended and smooth. add to figs. mix in everything else. smoosh into pan. Put in freezer for at least 1/2 hour until firm. Cut into squares. wrap individually in wax paper and store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
