Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .75 cup Molasses .75 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt 3 cup Flour, white 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 1 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless
Directions
In a medium bowl beat eggs and applesauce until smooth. Add milk, brown sugar, molasses, and pumpkin. Beat until smooth.
Sift flour baking powder, baking soda and spices then add to wet ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add raisins. Stir until smooth.
Divide into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 20-25 minutes
