Granola - Vanilla Almond

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds1/8 tsp Salt1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil1/4 tsp Almond Extract1 Tsp Vanilla ExtractPreheat oven to 300F degrees, line large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.Whisk wet ingredients together, pour over oats and toss to coat making sure all of the oats are moistened.Spread onto baking sheet, bake for 45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutesAllow to completely cool.**can be made ahead, stored in airtight container for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months
