Ingredients
4 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh 1/2 Cup Whole Grain Quinoa dry 1 Oranges 0.5 lime yields Lime Juice 2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
1. Dice & Roast the beets. (In the oven for one hour at 350 F) 2. Prepare the quinoa. 3. Cool . 4. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve Serving Size: 10 servings of 1/2 cup
