3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt .5 cup (not packed) Raisins .5 cup, whole Almonds 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Pulse oats 5 times in processor. Mash bananas. Mix together the other ingredients. Add spices of preference. I like cinnamon and vanilla. Bake for 5 min at 190.
