Ingredients
Pitta breadZa'artar (contains sesame seeds) - can be bought at any Middle Eastern store or health food storesExtra Virgin Olive Oiltomatoesred onions
Directions
Mix some Za'artar with olive oil to make a paste.
Spread the paste onto pitta bread.
Add chopped tomatoes and red onions onto base.
Cook in oven for approx. 10 mins. or until bread browns. Easy and delicious. A complete protein.
