Ingredients
Directions
1 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup almonds or cashews, chopped 1/8 sesame seeds 2 tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 3 egg whites 2 TBSP natural sugar free sweetener (I use ZSweet or stevia) or sweetener of choice 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips pinch of salt

3.Cut bars and enjoy! Store bars in the fridge.
Serving Size: Makes around 18 bars (depending on pan size and cutting)
