Ranch Beans with Rice

Ingredients
# Olive Oil, 2 tsp.# Onion, chopped # Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed # *French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 3 Tbs.# *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tbs.# *Bush's Pinto Beans, 1-14 oz. can# *Beans, Bush's Baked Beans, 1-14 oz. can# Stewed Tomatoes, 1-14oz. can# *Brown Rice, medium grain, cooked 3 cups
Directions
Cook one cup of rice in 2 cups of water. Set aside.
Saute onion in oil until softened. Rinse beans to remove salt. Add sugar, mustard, and vinegar to onion. Mix. Add beans and tomatoes. Mix. Heat to boil, reduce heat to simmer, cook about 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
