4 oz Boneless Breast Chicken Tenderloin (by SPARKLE_LITE) .05 cup Head Lettuce - 1 cup shredded or chopped (55g) 1 tsp Honey Mustard 1 serving Whole Wheat Wrap, La Tortilla Factory, Low Carb Wraps (by MACKEY12379)
Directions
Grilled chicken tenderloin about 10 minutes or until done.
Set aside until cool.
Shred lettuce-half a cup
chop or shred chicken.
Prepare wrap with 1 teaspoon of honey mustard
Add shredded lettuce
Add chicken
roll up burrito style.
