EZ Truckers Chili (Keto Style)

6.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.81 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)8.0 serving Mccormick chili mix
Cook meat in skillet until brown. Move meat to one side and tilt skillet in opposite direction to partially drain. Scoop meat into slow cooker. Salt to taste.
Quarter onion then half each quarter to make triangular pieces and add.
Smash cloves of garlic with flat part of knife, remove skin.
Cut bell peppers in triangular pieces.
Add other ingredients, tomatoes undrained, then stir.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours
Top with cheese and sour cream if desired, although this chili stands alone equally well.
