Shake and Serve Apple Walnut Salad w/Balsamic Vinigrette

1 bag of Dole Romaine salad - 7.5 cups total1 large granny smith apple1/2 cup craisins1/2 cup walnuts3 oz. Feta CheeseVinegrette: 1 TBS balsamic vinegar1 clove of garlic - minced1 tsp dijon musard2 -3 TBS extra virin olive oil1/2 - 1 tsp saltfresh ground black pepper to test
Assemble the salad:
In a gallon sized ziplock bag or medium bowl, add the romaine salad, a chopped granny smith apple, craisins, walnuts and feta cheese.
Make the vinegrette:
In a small bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, garlic clove, dijon mustard, stir, slowly mix in the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
I just add the dressing to the bag and shake, then serve.
Note: fresh strawberries also go nicely in this salad.
