Spaghetti Tilapia

Ingredients
1/2 lb Tilapia fillets4 tbsp Balsamic vinegarCajun seasoning to tasteRed pepper to taste (optional)2 cups spaghetti sauce1/2 cup parmasean cheese1 tsp Canola oil (to grease the pan)
Directions
Preheat the over to 450 degrees.
Coat a baking pan in the canola oil, and put the fillets in the pan.
Pour the balsamic vinegar over the fillets.
Shake the cajun seasoning and red pepper and rub the seasoning and the vinegar into the fish.
Pour the spaghetti sauce onto the fish fillets so that it covers them completely.
Shake the parmasean cheese over the fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes and is white throughout.
