This is not low sodium...perhaps could be called "Lower Sodium". I was looking for a low sodium recipe, but had to make substitutions to arrive at that point: potassium chloride (salt substitute) for the salt. Otherwise the remaining ingredients can be easily adjusted to personal taste. - 12/19/10

Yummy. I liked the flavouring and so did my hubby. I fried up lean ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with no stick oil. When it was no longer pink I added the spices and mixed it up. Then I added what I had on hand to turn it into a healthy 'helper'. Some beans, some tomatoe sauce some veggies... - 5/2/10

This was a really great substitute for the high-sodium mixes. I loved it! I subbed whole wheat flour for the white flour, left out the salt, and because I'm a vegetarian, I mixed it with Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles. I made a yummy taco salad. This one's a definite keeper! - 8/16/08

good recipe. i used mortin's lite salt so i could have a little more ... and instead of using white flour, i used wheat.
the only thing that was confusing was the serving amount. if the whole mixture is being put on the meat, why is it divided into 6 servings? just make it 1, easier for counting. - 5/8/08
