Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower1/2 stick of butter1/2 cup of milk
Directions
Boil the Cauliflower until it is "overcooked" and falling apart when stabbed with a fork. Mash as you would mashed potatoes and add milk & butter.
