Ingredients
1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 cup Green Beans (snap) 1 medium Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 2 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 0.25 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 1 clove Garlic 2 tsp Ginger Root .5 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Soy sauce (tamari) .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir, cook on high 3-4 hours
