Ingredients
8.0 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat2.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked24.0 tsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce1.0 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 oz Blue Cheese - Publix Reduced Fat Crumbled Cheese
Directions
Cook cailiflower water and hot sauce in a covered pot for 15 min intil cauliflower is tender. When done add in cream cheese til melted. Then add yogurt and stir. Finally remove from heat and add blue cheese
