24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast4.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup Publix Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1.0 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes2.0 tbsp Olive Oil74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Mince garlic
Saute garlic and sun dried tomatoes in olive oil on high
Remove tomatoes and saute chicken... Reduce heat
Cook chicken until done
Add tomatoes, cream, milk and cheese.
Simmer until cheese is melted.
