Cajun Salmon & Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
600 g Salmon Fillet 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (Chopped) 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Chilli Powder 2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Roma Tomatos (Diced) 1 Red Onion (Chopped) 1 Red Capsicum (Chopped) 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped) 2 tbsp Lime Juice
Directions
Fish:
• Combine fish with dill, paprika, chilli, garlic and half the oil in a bowl. Season.
• Heat pan over high or BBQ, sear salmon 4 minutes either side.
Salsa:
Toss together tomato, onion, capsicum, coriander, remaining oil and lime juice.
Serve fish with salsa.
