2 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 4 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 3 oz Bolthouse Farms Matchstick Carrots 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6.05 serving Stevia
